Yes. That is a good idea. It’s crazy how much lore has developed. I think the Royal school is the most structured/would have the most choas on its hands, but the others have long histories. XD

@whalekeeper

Oh yeah! For sure!

@koshka

Yayyyyy! I would live to join. =D

@lillian

Greetings and welcome to the Kingdom of Pen!

Books, good food, medieval culture, and a cozy tavern/inn? All necessary and fabulous. *enthusiastic nods* Your WIP/worldbuilding sounds fascinating already.

Also art! Graphite and watercolor are lovely! As are acrylics and digital, you just definetely are beyond me there lol. I’d love to…[Read more]

Hello! Ryuu looks/sounds like a great character. He will fit here perfectly.

I don’t know if you found the map of the place, but you are free to put him with the other groups or make up a room/class/instructor as you like!

@whalekeeper

Lore! Yes… Ok…

*brain imediately blanks*

Aha! I have the RP aesthetic. I shall post it again so the newbies don’t have to chase it down in the thread history. (although I do recomend reading back. It’s entertaining stuff.)

@liskaboyce

Whaley’s response is lovely and says quite what I was going to, so I’ll only add:

Ugh. Yes, there are so many different styles of plotting that it gets hard to find one that will work for you. I’ve tried several and have eventually ended up with one that’s a sort of mix between three-act and beats, but using bullet points.

okay that…[Read more]

Oops, I missed this.

A small smile tugged one side of his mouth higher than the other. No magiked arrows this time–just a nearly perfect shot.

“Alcarna, Firefly. Well done.”

Froilán had taken a week to even hit the target. But then, the boy had barely been strong enough to draw the bow.

@lillian

Ryuu sounds like he’ll fit in just fine around here. XD Go ahead and pick a place around the school to drop him in, and we’ll see who’s around to interact!

Ah! A Drakes Tavern sounds like a wonderful idea. I’d definitely pause my questing travels to stay a night. 😉

Questions! Would you rather ride a dragon for a day, o…[Read more]

Ah, I see that is quite a time difference. Hopefully you’re getting some much needed rest by now, but just in case you aren’t (or for whenever you happen to check…[Read more]

@liskaboyce

aha! Well, there are several artists on here who often draw characters for others. (I happen to be among them.) Look us up in the art topic if you are interested!

@liskaboyce

Those are very logical reasons, yes. *Nods seriously*

Ah, she hath thrown back the question at me! Let’s see…*thinking noises*…I’d have to say ride a dragon for a day. I didn’t say I couldn’t also own a horse at some point, and I would love to know what flying on the back of a giant fire breathing reptile would feel like. For…[Read more]

@lillian

Haha! I love characters that get into trouble. Especially when it’s without malicious intent. 😉

@renegade

Oh I love Howl’s moving castle! What are your thoughts on the movie? I know some Howl lover’s hate it, but i really like it. lol. It’s just so beautiful! And I think Christian Baal did an excellent Howl voice. But I’m interested in your thoughts!

@liskaboyce

Oh yes!! Do you have character drawings? There’s an art topic I can direct you to if you do!

Question! If you could own a horse for the rest of your life, or ride a dragon for a day, which would it be?

@liskaboyce

Ahh! I love the name Cassion! I have a Cassion too! He’s one of my favorite characters!

The more I hear about these brothers, the more I want to read the book! lol
